Simplicity and freshness are key with fun textural elements and seasonality at the core; from breakfast dishes and event menus through to easy catering options and bespoke private dining room options.

Visit our take away kiosk to re fuel when you are in a hurry. We have an abundant cabinet with sweet and savoury food, chia bowls for a healthy breakfast or a caramel slice for an afternoon pick me up.

We feature a familiar but fresh menu, focused on New Zealand flavours and produce. SPECTRA is proud to pour local beverage suppliers: Brothers Beer and Batchwell Kombucha. We also brew Zealong Organic Tea from Hamilton and feature classic New Zealand brands such as Whittaker’s and Fix and Fogg on our menu.
